Obituary of Larry Dale Redus

Larry Dale Redus, age 60, of Eldon, Missouri departed this life on Saturday, February 19, 2011 at Capital Region Medical Center in Jefferson City, Missouri after a 1 � year battle with lung cancer and he went to his forever home. He was born in Malden, Missouri, in a smokehouse, on February 10, 1951. He was the son of Clarence and Opal (Brown) Redus. He is survived by his wife Brenda Redus (Lynch) who enjoyed 32 years together. His children; Kathryn Belter (Redus) and her husband Robert, Lisa Westbrook (Lynch) and her husband Bert, Darrell Redus and his wife Kelli (Trinkle), and Jodie Cornett (Redus) and her husband Nick. His brothers and sisters; Marilyn Banks (Redus) and her husband Dave, Joanna Duff (Redus) and her husband Tim, Steve Redus and his wife Kim (Tibbetts), and Dirke Redus and his wife Barb (Berendzen). Grandchildren; Devin Redus, Amanda Westbrook, and Brandon Westbrook. He was preceded in death by his mom Opal Redus and his son Danny Redus. He was recently a building inspector for the Village of Four Seasons, prior to that he was in the construction industry. His hobbies included woodworking, fishing, and spending time with his family.
