Obituary of Robert J. Smith

Robert J. �Bob� Smith of Osage Beach, Missouri was born to Sherill and Mary Smith on January 8, 1941 in Eldora, Iowa. On March 19, 2011, Bob was called home. He was 70 years old. Bob was a member of the Methodist faith. He retired from AT&T after 28 years and he and his family moved to Osage Beach from Colorado in 1997. In 2006 he and his wife, Jan, started Legacy at the Lake Real Estate in Osage Beach. Bob loved meeting new people and one of his special gifts was the ability to talk to anyone about anything. He enjoyed people and his laughter was contagious. He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Jan Smith. Bob was a dedicated father and his children were his life. He is survived by a son, Jason Boudreau and his wife, Tammy and grandson, Tristan, of Colorado; and by son Jeremy and fiance� Brandi Byrd and son Grady of Osage Beach, and his precious daughter, Alicia of Colorado. Bob was a loving husband, father, brother-in-law, son-in-law, uncle, nephew and friend and his family meant everything to him. He will be forever missed and forever loved.
