Obituary of Nik Schaffer

Nik Schaffer, age 24, of Gravois Mills, Missouri, departed this life on Sunday, March 20, 2011 at University of Missouri Medical Center, Columbia, Missouri. Nik was born January 20, 1987 in Columbia, Missouri, the son of James Schaffer and Candy Jackson. Nik was a 2005 graduate of Morgan County R-II High School in Versailles. Nik always had a smile for everyone and he celebrated his life to the fullest. He was a very fun loving person with the greatest sense of humor who enjoyed getting together with family and friends. He loved all kinds of sports, especially wake-boarding, golf and bowling and he enjoyed working out as well. Nik loved music and had taught himself to play guitar and sing. He was a best friend to all who will be greatly missed. Nik is survived by his father James Schaffer and his wife, Debbie, of Lebanon, Missouri; his mother Candy Jackson and step-father, Delmar �Buddy� Rose, Jr. of Gravois, Mills, Missouri; his sisters, Candace Schaffer of Sunrise Beach, Missouri and Tabitha Rose of Gravois Mills, Missouri; his step-sisters, Sarah Hummer of Ohio, Kirstie King of Lebanon, Missouri and Jessie Cleeton of Lebanon, Missouri; his grandmother, Helen Schaffer of Camdenton, Missouri, and Dolores Rose of Gravois Mills, Missouri; as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins, and many friends.
